Can not forcefullpagescreenshot for taking screenshot in c#
Shahryar Faraji — Nov 27, 2017 10:36PM UTC
When using eyes.ForceFullPageScreenshot = true; to take full screenshot it is not working, instead it just take half of the page.
Hope to hear from someone soon.

Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please make sure to upgrade to the latest version of Eyes and try using the following syntax to take the full page screenshot (instead of eyes.CheckWindow())?
Please try that out and let me know how that goes.
If it is not working and it is possible, please also send me the URL for the website (if it is public) and the link to the test result that you receive.
Also, when running the test, it would be helpful if you could enable the Applitools Logs and send them to me as well. That can be done by
adding the following before opening eyes (and set the path to where the log file should be saved):
FileLogHandler logger = new FileLogHandler(true); logger.FilePath = <PathToFile> eyes.SetLogHandler(logger);

I replaced the checkwindow with this (eyes.Check("tag", Applitools.Target.Window().Fully());), but now I get no release even the half screen. Also the site is not public it is a local host that we testing.

I have created a c# example in the below github repo. This one uses checkWindow but eyes.Check(“tag”, Applitools.Target.Window().Fully(); would work also as long as eyes.ForceFullPageScreenshot = true; before eyes.Open is initiated. Can you verify your script looks similar to the example below? If you’re still having an issue lets jump on a web session to try to debug. Do you have availability today or early next week? if so, please let me know what times work best for you and your timezone. Thanks.
