Page with frames captures only viewport (chrome)

I am running tests with plain old ruby using cloud9 and saucelabs. I have a form that has two frames. It has a second part that is different depending on one of the answers. IOW, three forms with two frames.
All three screenshots show only the viewport and not the entire form. I tried switching to one of the frames but get a hard error, which I can reproduce if need be.
@eyes.force_fullpage_screenshot = true
@eyes.use_css_transition = true
@eyes.hide_scrollbars = true
but did not help
Anything I can do or is this a bug?

It seems that in this case the scroll is in the DIV or Frame level and not on the page level.
These are new features that were recently added, and we are going to add support for it in all languages soon (I noticed that you are using Ruby which is not supported yet, but will be supported in one of our upcoming versions).
